I'm buying a condo and need to find a new tenant for my Nashotah apt.
It is a 2 BD/1.5 BA first floor unit with 1,100 sq. ft. of living including nice sized bedrooms, living room, dining area, galley kitchen, small storage closet; closets in every room. Included is a 1-car oversized garage with wooden shelving and EDO.
Situated right next to beautiful Nashotah Park, this complex comes with a very nice pool, exercise room, outside volleyball court and picnic area. My unit has yard off patio area and a landscaped area for bird feeder/bird bath, plants, etc.
This rent offer applies to MY APARTMENT ONLY - if interested, please apply at the Parquelynn Village office and tell them you want my unit. I'm moving late November so it will be empty for early December move.
